Race Course Description
 
  Swim is a .25 mile triangular Ocean Swim, at the Bristol Town Beach.

Bike: Leaves the beach, goes through the boat ramp of Colt State Park and makes a 3 loop course through the park.

Run is a 3 mile run, up the bike path of Colt State Park along the ocean... (VERY SCENIC)

  Race start time is 7 AM, Registration will open at approximately 5 AM..

Parking. when you enter Colt State Park there will be an overflow field on your right (signage for parking)

Awards are approx 5 minutes after the last finisher.

Wave starts will be done by age group and assigned at registration.
